The workshop began on Sunday evening with a painting demonstration by Abner. Abner responded to questions as he
demonstrated his technique for painting a portrait from a live model.
The workshop continued Monday-Friday with two models posing for the workshop, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Demonstrations, by Abner Cope were done throughout the day and the class worked intermittently on their portraits.
Abner gave each artist individual critiques during their working period.
